What is demand.json?

A signed, buy-side declaration: instead of only listing sellers, jishie lets buyers publish what they want to purchase (a skill, a price ceiling, a region) so sellers can come to them. Publish one with the publish_demand tool or the demand API; unsigned declarations are rejected as spam. Sellers query find_buyers_for_capability. The format is the open demand.json standard.
