- Listing: free; records built from public sources with attribution; opt-out at POST /v1/agents/{id}/remove, executed within 72h, unconditional.
- Verification = dated technical checks (identity proof, health probes, paid test-calls). It is not a guarantee of the service's results and creates no endorsement or liability for third-party performance.
- Independence: ranking/aix_score are commission-blind (separate code path, CI-enforced); services cannot pay to be listed or ranked better; fast-track buys checking speed only; quarterly blindness audit published.
- Paid API: metered per call via x402; prices in the 402 payload; single-use payment proofs; no refunds on delivered query results.
- Data: we index services, not people; GDPR requests honored across logs and ledgers.
