What do the T0–T3 tiers mean?

They’re a coverage funnel, earned not bought. T0 indexed — a raw listing from a registry. T1 profiled — we completed a live MCP handshake and know its real tools. T2 scored — it has 24h of probe history, so it earns an aix_score. T3 verified — identity (DNS) and pricing confirmed by a paid test-call. A record below T2 shows “not yet scored” rather than a guessed number.
